Objectives:

• Introduce recent scientific advances on probiotics’ / prebiotics’ health benefits and innovative industrial applications;
• Share international speakers’ point of view on new research avenues for probiotics / prebiotics and promising health-based targets;
• Support exchanges and discussions by the means of a workshop, reuniting the current and upcoming generation of scientists as well as participants;
• Support exchanges and discussions by the means of a workshop on progress of research, clinical or scientific, carried out by the Industry.

On October 29th, a satellite training will be offered to dietitians and nutritionnists.
