Veronique Fournier joins the INITIA Foundation team
St. Hyacinthe, October 20th, 2010 – The INITIA Foundation announces the appointment of Dr. Veronique Fournier as Community Manager Science and Technology.
Mrs Fournier will maintain a close contact with the industry and researchers of the network to animate the Web 2.0 agrifood platform: www.initia.org. Workshops, webinars and specialized symposiums are accessible at the tip of your fingers in an interactive and participative context.
Mrs Fournier is dedicated to food science and technology and benefits of a solid background acquired in Quebec, France and Switzerland. She holds a bachelor's degree acquired at Université Laval, a doctorate from Université de Bourgogne (France) in collaboration with the Nestlé research center in Lausanne and a post-doctorate fellowship at McGill University. She was awarded from the American Oil Chemists' Society, Food Atlantic and La Fondation de l'Université Laval.
