  • to facilitate your registration for the event, including online payment
  • to treat any of your requests for information
  • to allow you to register for a mailing list in order to receive monthly bulletins by email
  • to produce the nametags for the event
  • to produce the program for the event.

INITIA will not sell, exchange, loan or voluntarily disclose, the personal information transmitted to us to third parties.  INITIA can communicate your personal information to third parties only in relation to website management tasks, such as data administration, maintenance or management, or to its employees responsible for the events, or for any other legitimate and reasonable purposes for which it has obtained your prior consent.

Online payment information

Online shopping with INITIA is secure.

Personal and credit card information entered on the site is transmitted electronically in a format that cannot be intercepted, altered or decoded by a third party as it is encrypted to ensure its confidentiality.

INITIA complies with SSL encryption standards, under which transaction information will always be transmitted securely. Payment is made directly through Desjardins.

INITIA does not store credit information on any transaction. As a result, online shoppers are required to submit credit card information with every new transaction.

Delivery policy

No pass is issued at our events. A final confirmation of registration will be e-mailed a few days prior to the event

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the event will be charged 25% of the registration fees. After that delay, no reimbursement will be issued. INITIA reserves the right to cancel the event, should unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case INITIA’s liability is limited to the reimbursement of the registration fees.
