Agreement signed between the CILQ and INITIA

It is with great pleasure that we announce the signing of an agreement between the CILQ and INITIA.

 

A first project under this agreement will be undertaken by our team of bibliographic research.

 

The objective of this project is to conduct a literature search for best practices in milk production and artisanal cheese production. This project is a first step towards developing a guide of good practices in raw milk cheese production. The INITIA Foundation will use all its expertise in bibliographic research based on information processing and access to over 900 international and scientific databases specialised in the agri-food domain.

The Foundation provides this service to all stakeholders in the food at preferential rates. For more information contact us
